As well as my work as a Feldenkrais teacher, I also teach Hatha Yoga. My own yoga journey started with Iyengar Yoga and I still love this method of helping people to develop their yoga practice through the use of props and guided alignment. However, my own teaching includes additional elements such as flow and meditation. So if you come to one of my yoga classes or have an individual lesson, you’ll find a blend of styles which are especially adapted to help you find ease and strength in your practice. I also teach mindfulness techniques, focusing on breath and awareness. Research has proven that developing a mindful meditation practice can lower stress levels, improve physical and mental health and also help you to age better.
